This high-profile retail and hospitality hub is in a residential area for Carrus Ltd. Briefed to provide a strong, simple building maximising tenancies for two anchor tenants - a small supermarket and cafe/restaurant - was achieved through a considered approach. We combined black pre-cast panels, cedar-board and batten for a design that complemented its surroundings.
