We’re architectural designers based in Tauranga, creating homes, townhouses, apartments and commercial spaces across the Bay of Plenty and throughout New Zealand.
01 / The studio
archistudio is led by architectural designer Kyle Goldsack. Based in Tauranga, we design homes, townhouses, apartments and commercial spaces across the Bay of Plenty and throughout New Zealand.
Our local work ranges from coastal homes in Mount Maunganui and Papamoa to housing developments and commercial buildings across Tauranga. We start with your brief and the site, then work through the layout, materials and construction details.
Meet the studio02 / What we design
New houses, additions and alterations, planned around your household and site. We work through the rooms, privacy, sunlight and outdoor spaces with you, from initial options to detailed design.
Explore residential projectsTownhouse and apartment design considers both the individual home and the whole site. Layouts, access, parking, privacy and outdoor space are developed together.
Explore townhouses & apartmentsOffices, shops, hospitality venues and industrial buildings, designed around their operations. We consider tenancy layouts, customer arrival, servicing and storage alongside the exterior.

“It was a pleasure working with Archistudio on our commercial node at The Lakes. Kyle and his team delivered a simple, cost-effective design that was well executed alongside Marra Construction. I look forward to the next project!”
